Butterflies, Moths & Insects - fine detail and colour - NEW VENUE
Tutor: Jackie Isard SBA Fellow CBM RHS GoldCourse Code: 0626-05
Summary
Learn how to draw and paint beautiful butterflies and other insects in watercolour!
Description
These beautiful insects are full of texture, furry-ness, exquisite patterning and fabulous colours. Painting a butterfly or a moth will teach you so much about fine detailing and colour mixing with watercolour. I have some interesting colourful and shiny beetles too if you prefer. You will also have a chance to look at details under a microscope! Techniques will be demonstrated, and I will give you lots of help throughout the course. Choose your subject from my large selection of butterfly, moth and insect specimens. Included are notes of interest for you to keep.
